Merry serves as the GPO contract manager. As with her team, her primary focus is customer service and support a variety of administrative functions centered on elevating the customer experience. Merry is the primary point of contact for contract administration, membership alignment, and eligibility for customer practices. Metro Medical believes in the value of a single point of contact that customers can rely on to drive an optimal and efficient experience. Merry maintains a commitment to living out this commitment every day.
Cody manages all day to day functions for the GPO with respect to eligibility, membership, and reporting & analysis for various manufacturer programs. An extension of the Metro Medical commitment to customer service, Cody works closely with both internal and external GPO partners and stakeholders to support maximal benefit to customers.
